Publisher's Summary

Dyer Becker and Hunt Lane have been close since they were babies. Hunt's immediate obsession with Dyer from the first moment remains the same through childhood, adolescence, and into the early years of adulthood. So, living these last three years on separate land masses has been torture. Video calls and biyearly visits is just not enough. But now, Hunt is back in Purdy and staying with Dyer until he figures out where he wants to go next.

It's amazing being back together, but are the touches lingering a bit? And does the scent Hunt catches every once in a while mean what he thinks it might? He should be excited about possibly finding his mate...right?

Bearly Getting It is book one in the my new mpreg-possible series. It is a spinoff of the Chosen series and involves a whole new generation, but it will, of course, have cameos from some of your favorite Chosen characters as well as some Terra Mortis characters. I consider these books mpreg-light. Meaning, though pregnancy is possible, that does not mean it will be in every book.

Each book contains a new couple with a guaranteed HEA, but if you want to know what is going on with the background plot, it is suggested that you listen to them in order!

Enjoyed it

Likeable characters, sometimes funny, sweet story. It may help to read/listen to the preceding series, (I haven't yet), but is enjoyable if starting with this series.
Good narration, kept me engaged throughout.

I love this series!

I'm so happy to be getting more stories from tje chosen 'verse! and I'm loving the cross overs with the Chosen and Terra Mortis series.

Long awaited

I've read the book at least 20 times and I long anticipated this on audio but it's disappointing.

The narrator just isn't suited to this type of book. His voice is too nasal, childish, whiny and sounds as though he has a speech impediment. He gives the impression that he's in a race to finish it as fast a possible.

The characters are all very similar with no real differentiation. I didn't bother with a review for the Chosen series 10-12 but I just had to with this.

It would be very disappointing if he is chosen to narrate the remaining books in the Chosen series and the CREA also.

I doubt that I'll listen to this again as the book has been ruined!
