A Much Needed Book for Every Leader
I was immediately drawn into Tia’s story. The personal challenges, the transformation, the growth that she experienced, and the lessons she took forward to take care of her own employees and herself through happy leadership.
Now she passes those lessons on to us, and there is no doubt they will transform lives and organizations. Tia is a master storyteller, and clearly presents the subject matter in a powerful way.

Not a fan
It’s a book about the author more than a book for the reader. Lots of questions and no answers. Rhetorical questions already exist. No need to ask rhetorical questions every chapter.
I am sad for the author because I think she has much to share. But waiting for that information in between the constant preludes destroys her mission.
