There's nothing new in terms of body language in this book and it only covers the basics compared to the content in "What Every BODY Is Saying". As for being exceptional - again it's nothing we don't already know. You need to be proactive, truthful, ethical and have honour, etc. etc. Meh. All in all, it's just a regurgitation of info in the form of a new book to make more money.
