This is one of the many invaluable lessons that is dispensed throughout the book coming from experience, learning to strive for consistency and not perfection.

A must listen

A truly transformative self-help book. William's insights on living in the present moment and quieting the mind are both inspiring and practical. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking a greater sense of mindfulness and inner peace.

Legacy

It's clear that the seeds sown in Why Not? received an industrial dose of MiracleGro in this sophomore offering, Be. The author's candor and vulnerability creates a compelling framework for self-examination and honest conversation about where we are and how our action and/or inaction supports our reality. He speaks about balance throughout the book and I think he achieved it in his approach with a mix of calm and fiery language, varied tone, questions, and answers. It prompted me to do more than think about my legacy; I'm implementing those thoughts now. It's a great listen, check it out.
