Americans need to get informed & prepared for a much different America in the future. The "right/left" paradigm is a train wreck.

THE COMPLEX MADE SIMPLE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Jerry does an excellent job in removing the fog and cutting through the gross deceptions of the financial markets such that I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity that I got from this book.

His explanation of what money is and the dire financial predicament the US in is just brilliant.

I thoroughly recommend it.

I thought I was not going to like this book since the author started off by saying the earth was 6000 years old. But I was impressed by the simple language with which the author tackled all the issues facing USA from national debt, petrodollar crisis, unfunded Medicare / SS debt, quantitative easing and other mistakes by the Feds. I particularly liked chapter 13 which deals with strategies to help over a period of coming hyperinflation.

Every American should read this book, no matter if their philosophy tends left or right or even the middle.

it is also for everyone, regardless of their financial literacy. it is written in everyday American English.

This book is never boring and the reader becomes absorbed from page 1.

Readers learn how the American economy works, how it was created and how it has been evolving (or devolving, depending on your point of view).

FINALLY, it opens people's eyes to how they can protect themselves and even thrive in good or in bad times.

Lots of info about the American economic sysyems. Easy to understand and highly recomended for anyone that's wants to learn more about what may happen in the future.
