Informative Book

What did you love best about Bank on Yourself?

I have the investment instrument talked about in this book. I obtained the book to just refresh the idea, see if there was information I didn't know, etc. While the beginning of the book reads like an infomercial I'm not sure there would be another way to do it and get the info across. Knowing what takes place in structuring one of these, I felt the book was very informative, explained exactly what is needed (although you do need a licensed agent to put it together, you can do it without one), and answered all the questions I originally had, plus some I hadn't thought ot.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Even though this was several hours long, I listend to it in a short period of time. Grant it, I knew the info so it was an easy read for me. Someone who has no idea would want to take it more methodically.

Any additional comments?

This is a great vehicle. We have three in our family and we are in our fourth year. My daughter bought her first car paying cash through this plan and my older daughter paid her car off within the first 18 months of the plan. They have been very useful.

Perfect For Today's Investor

This is a perfect audio for today's investor who has learned the hard way about trusting his life savings to others. Yellen tells you where to put your money so it will grow, and won't suddenly disappear. Great audio if you want to sleep soundly at night!

Great Concept But...

Would you listen to Bank on Yourself again? Why?

No. The information is good but mired in too many stories...with too few real details. Listening to the audio book was tedious and the voice performers did NOT help.

Excellent financial concept.

What didn’t you like about Pamela Yellen and Sean Pratt ’s performance?

just did not work for me...but the content was probably partially at fault...not well-written and too elementary

ONE BIG INFOMERCIAL

Would you try another book from Pamela Yellen and/or Pamela Yellen and Sean Pratt ?

no. because this is dishonesty. don't make me pay for a concept, but i don't actually get the real substance until i buy something else that you didn't mention upfront.

I would actually give people useful info in this book that they paid for, whether they want to buy something else from me or not.

Life Changing

Highly Recommend for building wealth safely and securely. Insightful and thought provoking concepts on how we spend and save money.

What an enlightening resource!

I was very much awed by the information in this audiobook! It's in the category of a "best kept secret" ... that needs to get out!
