Sophie Brickman is mother to two children, she's also a writer, reporter, and editor. Her work has appeared in The New Yorker, the New York Times, as well as the Wall Street Journal. She wrote a monthly column for Elle, interviewing influential women, including Nancy Pelosi and Joyce Carol Oates about their paths to success and is currently a columnist at The Guardian. Sophie graduated with honors from Harvard College, studying social theory and philosophy.
She joins us today to discuss her first book, Baby, Unplugged: One Mother's Search for Balance, Reason, and Sanity in the Digital Age. It is about the intersection of parenting and technology.
