The deets:
• This is a completed series (6 books total)
🎧 I did full immersion and the audiobook was AMAZING! It is dually narrated by THE QUEEN HERSELF- Laura Horowitz and a new to me narrator- Robert Hatchet. I felt that both were perfect choices for the characters.
• Book 1 is fun, action packed and easy to read. As far as fantasy goes, Heather eases you into the world building as the FMC is new to the magical realm with you. So as she learns everything, so do we.

The Mini-Blurb:
Tessa is a hard-working horse trainer and loves her animals. One day she is approached by a strange man and discovers that she is half fae and is the key to saving multiple realms. Reluctant but also motivated to help, Tess goes with her broody guardian Neil to the fae realm and immediately faces attacks and opposition like she never expected. The electrical tension between Neil and Tessa is also unexpected, but a guardian must never fall for the purpose of his mission.

My Thoughts:
This story really surprised me! I don’t know what I was expecting, but this exceeded them. My favorite element is the bond between Tessa and her Leath Pegasus, whom she thinks is just a rescue horse at first. Book 1 ends on a bit of a cliff hanger and I’m looking forward to continuing with the series.
