Loved Herb & Gentry’s story!

I cried, I snort laughed and also wanted to jump into this story and lay the smack down on a handful of people. The narrators did an amazing job. The female voice fits perfectly with Sage’s character.

Not a Gentleman? More Like the Perfect Gentleman

This time I skipped reading the book and went straight to the audiobook—and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth every minute. The narrators brought Gentry and Sage's story to life in a way that had me hooked from beginning to end.

As a longtime Dixie Wardens fan, I loved seeing Apollo pop up again. Those little connections between series are one of the many reasons I keep coming back to Lani's books.

Gentry completely stole my heart. The meaning behind the name he chose—the one inspired by what his wife lovingly called him—was such a sweet, unforgettable moment. Sage was everything I love in a heroine: strong, resilient, and determined despite the trauma she'd endured.

The story doesn't shy away from difficult topics like child abuse, and those scenes were heartbreaking. Sadly, they're also a reminder that these tragedies still happen today, which made the story hit even harder. While I haven't experienced that personally, it was impossible not to feel for every child caught in those circumstances.

Suspense, romance, heartbreak, healing, and a hero worth swooning over—*Not a Gentleman* delivered it all. If you're debating between reading it or listening to the audiobook, I highly recommend the audio. It was an emotional, unforgettable experience.

LLV never disappoints. I checked for her new releases every single day and this one was awesome! I love how they were faithful to each other despite being apart. Their love story is one of my favorites!

I was hooked immediately and could not put this one down! It was a true one sit read/listen! I did an immersive read with this one and I highly recommend it!!

This was a very fast paced quick read! There truly was never a dull moment!

Audio lovers will love this one! The narrators were perfect! They really brought this book to life!

It’s definitely one of those reads that you will feel a bit bummed that it came to an end! At least I did! I really enjoyed these characters!! I can’t wait to see what’s next!!
