Very detailed and biblically grounded exploration of a charged topic

As a believer, I greatly appreciate Wendi’s approach to this book as it is thoroughly rooted in scripture in addition to her own personal experiences. The Western Church has treated these topics as untouchable, so it is difficult to find any thoughtful and open analysis for those who wished honor our God with their choices as well as find healing. I think material like this is very needed in our presence society.

Pros: deep and thorough scripture references, powerful personal stories, thoughtfully points of the reader to Jesus not to idolize a compound or plant

Cons: a little repetitive at some points
