Final thoughts: I’m almost finished with the Savannah’s best series and I have enjoyed these books so much. And this one definitely helped enhance that enjoyment.

I loved Luna as a FMC. She was such a badass in and out of the workplace. Don’t get me wrong she had moments of vulnerability and self-doubt but she allowed herself the time in private to work through that stuff until Dom started to infiltrate those walls she had built. Then she shared her vulnerabilities with him and allowed him to shoulder some of that burden. Finding out the truth almost set back the progress they made, but I’m glad she forgave him quickly, understanding the position he was in.

This had some good drama and angst which I loved. I listened to the audiobook and I just love these narrators for this series. They both deliver such great performances and bring the characters to life. This is definitely a yes.
