Like listening to a friend

The book is narrated by the author, which I am often partial to. The tone and inflection seems to meet the content well! The audio book met me like a friend was at my table chatting and sharing his reflections on experiences and observations. It was gentle but clear and I deeply appreciated the conversation.

Thought Provoking

I am not someone who is inherently religious. I believe but I don't attend church. this book really gave me perspective. It is very thought provoking and explained exactly how I felt about Christianity and helped me understand not only Christianity but myself as well.

Well written- easy listen

I enjoyed the book because it grounded me. I was on the borderline of coming back to Christianity but this helped bring me back.
