This one is far more entertaining for Arden, who is trapped in the Zenovian palace while a mysterious force is assassinating potential heirs.

Ard is thrilled by the murder mystery unfolding before his very eyes. At the same time, he is trying to protect Eva from becoming one of the victims. The situation will require Arden to tap into his burgeoning powers and understand himself on a deeper level. For Arden, this might be one of the most significant challenges he has faced to date.

Thankfully, he is not alone. He has three goddesses, four anchors, and a princess by his side to help him direct his power along the way.

one of his weakest enteries

I love me some Bruce Sentar, stories and Ard is really coming into his own in this book.

I’m going to finish this series

I think that Ard has officially become my least favorite MC of any story. However, the story in this series is pretty good and all of the other characters besides Ard are pretty good as well.
The narrators are awesome. No complaints.

One hopes the MC will grow and mature, but alas, he is the worst part of the story.

The dude is truly insufferable. But the story is good. The conflicts are forces and would be easily resolved with communication, ironically by people who don’t communicate. I am a sucker for the story though.

Main Characters is becoming intolerable

as the books go Ard is just becoming more and more annoying with his idiotic behaviour, which are those of a massive prick, and lack of ability to take anything seriously is becoming so annoying it is ruining the great story in the background. I will give it one more book but I have little to no hope of some real change

Ard can be annoying at times but him enjoying the murder mystery, especially when murders where happening was one of the funniest things I've ever listened to on audible lol
