If you’re in your 50s, you’re totally going to be able to relate to this short yet very true story. It covers so many different things that I can relate to and it really is funny what happens to us as we start to age.

Humorous, Relatable, and Hopeful

I listened start to finish in one fell swoop. Sanchez had me grinning and shaking my head "yes." I'm 65 now and survived the change. I can even think clearly again, so be encouraged. The narrator did a great job. My only critic of the book is that it felt a bit like an advertisement for functional medicine. That's not necessarily a bad thing. I just wish I had known about this element before I started listening.
