Good first contact sci fi with great narrator

Narrator gives this story an extra boost. The emotion she puts in her voice fits the character well. Good simple ‘space ship sci fi with robot friends’ - type story

Surprise

It starts slow but it became addictive. A great surprise ending. The book explores humanity in the journey of discovery with an a narrator who perfectly expresses every feeling perfectly.

Great story and actor

Loved the story and the voice acting was very good. I listened to the whole thing in two days!

Different angles

A stellar performance from this narrator. A plot that keeps you guessing is exactly what I love. This book delivered in an unexpected way.

A mix bag

The ending reveal saved the whole book for me. Without it, my rating would be much lower. A lot of things annoyed me and were so illogical, I thought about not finishing it at all. The biggest thing I don't understand about the audiobook itself, is why the narrator was randomly switching to heavy indian and slavic accent. I hoped it was somehow connected to the story, but it makes absolutely zero sense after finishing the book.
