I have always loved Valerie since one day at a time. I watched religiously. I loved Van Halen, was my growing up years with both. I can say that this book and her narration was spectacular! Felt like a best friend as she spoke. I love her even more as she is open, honest and down to earth. Sweet as can be. I am sorry you felt all that for so many years but I am cheering for you as you evolved to who you have become. Thank you so much for this peek into your life, heart & mind. I wish you had more to tell as I couldn’t stop being drawn in to your beautiful spirit. I loved every second of this book. Please write another… lol. Amazing!

Wow! I can relate to about 90% of this book and it blew me away, how comforting to know I’m not the only one who feels these things Valerie has wrote about! This is my favorite Valerie Bertinelli book! Loved it and will listen to this over and over again! The chapter about her pets wrecked me because I am also going through the same thing that her friends daughter went through with my 17 year old chihuahua! I squalled and even listened to the chapter again and squalled more! Loved this book!
