The setting feels so real, and I could really connect with Millie’s struggles between loyalty and keeping the peace. As the story unfolds, the weight of unspoken truths and past mistakes hits hard. If you enjoy emotional family sagas with a bit of mystery, this one is worth a listen.

I really enjoyed Secrets in the Cane. It starts off feeling warm and peaceful, but you can sense something bubbling underneath. As the story unfolds, things get tense, emotional, and honestly pretty heartbreaking. The family dynamics felt real, and the setting was so vivid, I could picture every scene.
