Narrator

I love the full cast and using different voices for the characters. Been waiting for this for a long time. But the narrator is just really boring in my opinion. Very dull and almost 0 emotion. Just wish I could listen to the cast edition but with Jim dale narrating it

The emotion of the cast makes the retelling perfect!

I could tell I was in for a treat when I was crying at the end of the second chapter in a way I never had before. Hearing the background noise and the emotion put into the character voices brings this to life in a way that has never been done before, not even the movies. In a very real way, you suddenly feel the pain that Dumbledore, McGonagall, and Hagrid feel at the loss of Lily and James. Also the Hogwarts song had me laughing. 10/10

Audio Problems

I like the full cast version. But Chapter 14 has some serious audio issues. There are numerous places where characters cannot be heard.

The full cast is great but I feel some of the background noises were too loud and overpowered the narrating

Loved everything about it, made the listening experience so exciting, I was able to have a perfect picture in my head of what’s going on. Very well done job can’t wait for the rest of the series.
