Despite defeating the empire's ghoul commander, Laran is still hunted by the Undying Empire. The Master of Ten Thousand Bones sends hordes of skeletal animals and warrior to kill him and take the mysterious Vestige he recovered from the Pit of the Sleeping Gods.
