Romantic portal fantasy

This was the first indie book I’ve ever read, and I ended up loving it! We jump straight into the action when Sophie escapes a harrowing situation and finds herself in a fantasy world (literally!) we’ve got multiple love interests, a band of loveable scallywags (but can they be trusted?) and an FMC whose past is so mysterious she hasn’t even uncovered many of her own secrets.

I loved the narration at 1.5 speed but found the regular speed extremely odd. Speed it up a bit and enjoy!

Sophie and Lito

Sophie Tanner and Lito with son Simon and her brother Seth's well written story with a very good storyline. There is drama, danger, suspense, a villian, twists, turns and romance. I could not stop listening to Heather Carter narrate this story. I would recommend.

To Find a King!

This is a fantasy romance with an epic journey filled with adventure, danger, suspense and plot twists. The story is somewhat fast paced and dives directly into the action with the escape of Sophie from her dangerous boss. The single mother escapes but ends up in a different world. In order to get back home to her son, she joins a group of mercenaries and must seek out the Mountain King. The story is really goods with some twists and turns that keep you engaged and guessing. The narration is good.
