The Bloc war is now in full swing, with Bloc forces having secured holdings across the Pacific, the China Sea, and even as far east as Iran.

The threat that the United States presents, even weakened as it has been by economic turmoil, however, is not one that they can underestimate, and with American production lines already turning out fighter aircraft that are a threat to the Bloc's Type 198 Fighters, the Council finds that it must act.

In Hawaii, Eric Weston and his team are working hard to provide new technical data so that the factories on the mainland can be improved and the new fighters can be built in numbers capable of turning the tide. He knows that the war will not leave him, or his, be... but not even Eric knows just how quickly it is coming to his doorstep.

History is inevitable, just a rolling boulder of time that cannot be stopped, but that will not prevent heroes from trying.

good listen

this is a good audio book, I just wish it was easier to find the related books to their series.

A great military series

A very good series. And this was a fantastic next book. Among the best of the military series

Love the Prequeal!

Something about this series is that it has always been one of my favorites. It's great WW3-type battle stuff. Need space battles asap.

Mr Evan Curry does it once again!

From to 1st 10sec to the end of this segment I could not stop listening. Well written, intense with choice humor is the Curry mantra. Keep it up! You are doing GREAT!

This storyline would make an absolute kick-ass movie series!
This book went by at mach 8!

Don’t wake up the sleeping giant.

Excellent plot development with just the right balance of action and drama. Loved it and narrator was great. Can’t wait until the next book.

Can't Wait for Book 3

I'm not good at writing reviews, so I'll keep this short and sweet. Evan Currie never misses, this was another great story and a nice continuation of the Odyssey One universe. I look forward to the next installment.

High paced and realistic

Both this and the previous book in the series uses current economic and political trends to give a possible example of what may happen in 50 or so years. Only problem I have with this one is the logistics at the end of the book, author seems to forget that some things are finite resources.

Just a lot of action And Technology And not enough depth

Just one battle following another Without any development of the overall war picture. A lot of cliches In the conversations And Warrior interactions
