Wonderful story and movie.

I've always loved this movie. The book is a bit different like always but the screenplay followed fairly close.
I'll be watching the movie tonight for sure. I can't help it.

Not sure what to say. It's a short listen, but a good one. Thank you Sai King for another beautiful story.

Love the added details

The Shawshank Redemption, is my favorite movie, like so many others. I enjoyed this rendition, with the added details, like how Andy had money to pay for things, without straying from the movie’s story line. I also enjoyed and appreciated that it was a quick read!

so much better than the movie!

I have been a Shawshank fan for years. it was a movie that I've always enjoyed and living pretty close to the prison it was filmed at, I had visited there a few times. I felt like reading the book was the next logical step and boy was I surprised for the better. it was so beautifully written and narrated. you could tell all of the emotions well and it really gave so much more insight into Red and Andy. I will say from what I recall, it's been a couple years since watching, the director of Shawshank really did a spot on stellar job. absolute favorite book I've read so far!
