The Woods

Amyris Jackson is driven by her desire to become a supermodel.

At eighteen and against her father's wishes, Amyris moves to another country, hoping to make her dreams a reality. Before she can hit the ground running, her life takes a turn she hadn't expected after meeting and marrying Ivo Yannik—a man who lured her into the union under false pretenses.

Refusing to cross a line punishable by death, he tosses the idea of having Amyris, but fate has other plans.

Foxx and Amyris's lives collide repeatedly until they can no longer resist temptation. While Foxx is providing Amyris a safe space, he breaks his own no-feelings rule, and they grow closer. Knowing the risk of their affair, they continue to explore what could be. The odds are stacked against them, but could they make it work, or will the bylaws keep them apart?

Hated the females brash voice. Should gave used the narrator in the first book Trei Taylor

Perfect 2nd story

I love the redemption story of AJ and Foxx ! The incorporation of addiction, abuse , and sex exploitation and how the issues intertwine .. and then there’s the opportunity to learn to trust and love again .. I am looking for Book 3 - Finn’s story .

Funny and entertaining

Great plot and excellent narration. I didn't want it to ever end. I love Foxx so much about the main female character in the first book was so funny especially we she read everyone for filth.

Entertaining and captivating

I love this author. Her sense of humor shines through the way she writes her characters. This is a great read/ listen.

Amazing Book!

OMG, I can’t wait until the next brother’s book. This book was really good, laughed out loud and cried at the end. Love it!
