Loved the book

The first book was a little slow but I must say this book was definitely better. Some of my questions were answered in this book. But I still have a lot more now.
Please give this series a chance you wouldn't be disappointed. I have listened to the audiobook and the narrator brings this story to life, give the audiobook chance.

Great series.

I still love the series however, I feel there were too many chances and the same reasoning when the opportunities came to tell Lucian the truth. I wrote in my review for the first book that I was excited to hear the male voice. But it’s not a duet or any chapters (besides the last) that Is in the male character’s POV. So I’m hoping the next book includes him more, and has more of Lucian’s POV. I still like this series and will be getting the 3rd book!

Ending it here

So I LOVED the first book and instantly bought book 2 but, unfortunately, this one fell flat for me. This whole book just felt like filler. FMC and MMC constantly miscommunicate. Overall, it felt to me like the author had no idea where to go after book 1 and the characters were just pointlessly floundering in this book. Won’t be continuing on in this series.

Still deciding if I like it

I want to love this book but everything i try, the damn girl is crying! uggh! Why does the main character have to cry ALL the time. The storyline is still pretty good but this main character has very little growth 2 books in. I like to finish series, so I will be diving in the 3rd one, praying this girl grows a set. And hoping to find out if she's pregnant ( from all the regurgitating).
