Narrator

Story is interesting but narrator is too monotone for me. Prefer Michael Beck, will finish.

Narration was unbearable

To be honest I was so distracted by the narration I couldn’t even focus on the story. Shocked that more thought wasn’t put into choosing a narrator

just ok

Story was interesting but the characters felt a bit flat. Most of all I was irritated by the narration. Was this Whoopi's first audiobook? Inflection was odd with pauses where there shouldn't be and no pauses where there should've been.

Not engaging and bad narration

The narration was terrible. You can’t understand her half the time. The story dragged on without any typical Grisham suspense.

I never thought I would pass on a Grisham book

I have always awaited John Grishams latest book but this book is one I had to pass on. The narrative is beyond horrible. I cannot image why he would have her read ....I had to quit after 10 minutes. YOU CAN DO BETTER JOHN!!!!
