I have worked in the fitness industry for nearly a decade and read A LOT of books on health & wellness and have found very few on the level of Finally Thriving.
Not only is this an easy and enjoyable read but it is also inspiring and practical.
The author approaches complex topics with a simplicity that clearly reflects her expertise and skillfully breaks down each of the book’s concepts into a short, easily digestible chapter through which she shares touching and relatable stories as well as practical steps for implementing and embodying the lessons.
I loved this book and highly recommend it for anybody who is seeking to not just survive in life, but THRIVE
