Wonderful Introduction to Hypnotherapy

Loved the author's real life stories to help bring perspective to how we operate from the subconscious mind. Lots of useful techniques for beginner's of mindfulness.

Highly Recommend It

Through a short but effective and beautifully narrated audiobook, the author shows how one can overcome the emotional handicaps that often prevent one from achieving success. With years of experience in hypnotherapy, the author guides the reader to a better understanding of the subconscious mind. She also clarifies the difference between stage hypnosis which is meant to entertain and hypnotherapy which is a tool for healing. I highly recommend this audiobook.

The narration was just ideal. The content was well structured. This book has several useful information to help one experience a better life. I was actually unaware of the power of hypnotherapy and how this can be easily integrated into daily lives. This book made me achieve this. Thanks.

A beautiful book and process

This book weaves together the power of the subconscious over our life situations and the power of hypnosis, dream analysis, rewriting your story, etc over the subconscious. I’ve studied all of these elements, but Ausra weaves it together in a way that is making sense in a way I’ve not yet experienced. The narration is also clear and soothing. Thank you!!

Love self help books

I can’t get enough of these books. Another great book added to my reading collection.

A great listen, highly recommend.

I haven’t read/listened to many self help books but I have to say I quite enjoyed this authors take. Learning how to locate problematic tendencies in one’s self and utilizing author’s techniques to help pull yourself out from them was enlightening. Highly recommend.

It was really short- but an enjoyable listen with a powerful message.
