Once again Alistair Duncan has shown an outstanding ability to find and correlate facts and place together with a modern London overlay. It was informative and enjoyable.

An excellent description of London for Holmesians

This excellent narration of Mr Duncan's description of London and surroundings as related to the Sherlock Holmes stories and Conan Doyle's life. Some historical background is also provided! I would recommend listening over several sittings.

What can I say, except that I wish I had had this book when I visited London? I'll be sure to have it with me next time :P

I love that this isn't just a list of locations; they all have context and historical meaning, they come alive through Duncan's words.

An indispensable reference book for all who love Sherlock Holmes.
