Was New York Governor Cuomo’s executive order sending COVID-hospitalized patients back to nursing homes to infect other vulnerable nursing home patients ‘following the science’? Of course not. And sending post-hospitalization COVID-positive patients back to nursing homes was unnecessary. Relative to the total nursing home population, Governor Cuomo contributed to a larger percentage of nursing-home deaths - especially when compared to the states without such a policy. New Jersey’s over seven thousand nursing home deaths account for half of the state’s fatalities since March. Pennsylvania did just as miserably. These governors made specific decisions that cost thousands of the most vulnerable, most expendable, their lives. But they didn’t do it to their own relatives.” (from I Do Not Consent)

Very well written with actual facts and research to back it up versus the propaganda in the main stream media Knowing that so many lives were lost due to greed is very disheartening but sadly not uncommon. shocking to hear just how low our so called leaders in the U.S. healthcare system value human life. even worse than I suspected. Maybe someday they will jave to endure their own criminal system.

Educational and enlightening

This was an eye opening story surrounding the beginning stages of the pandemic and the corruption surrounding big pharma.

A great book for all

This book was a very interesting read. I am so glad I read it. It however made me so mad at the politicians/drug companies that lied about this drug simply because it was cheap and would have cut down on their profits. Thousands of lives could have been saved for a $10 per patient treatment cost. Not that money is the most important aspect of treating a patient, but when the drug had been used safely and consistently for decades, it is a travesty. Thank you Simone for your boldness and courage to bring forth the truth.

Absolutely awesome. I cannot stress enough this should in every Audible user’s library. Refreshing to listen to truth in medicine by a fine doctor.
