Good testimony, bad advice.

This guy gave interesting testimony, but he feels like a vaccine salesman. It’s worth listening to the book, but don’t take medical procedures unless you know more about them first.

Wild. Just utterly unthinkable. I knew it was bad but it’s much worse it seems.

Great book, full of truth and facts.. I recommend this book to everyone, particularly if you are terrified of the virus.

Important book~ geared to lay/uninformed

I loved this book~ filled in some blanks, confirmed my own concerns/suspicions/interpretations of what was going on. Filled in a few blanks. As an experienced public health professional and geek, there were sections I found a bit redundant. However, this may make it better for the average reader. The reading style was also very engaging. thank you!

Important Perspective That Must Not Be Overlooked

This book must be part of the overall discussion of how the pandemic was handled. It gives firsthand accounts of the politics, rather than science, drove national policies in response to the pandemic.

Dr. Atlas demonstrates with his expert knowledge what went wrong, and what must not be repeated with facts to back it up. This must be part of the historical record so that this never happens again.

Behind the Scenes

This book takes a look behind the scenes of the White House during the beginning of the Covid 19 outbreak. It explains in great detail how we ended up with lockdowns in many states and other mandates. For a health scare that became political, this is a very non-political book that looks at the data and how policy became policy.

Awesome, inside look

Wonderful behind the scenes look into the task force.

Scott was right on a lot of his data based policies recommendations.

It's sad that the task force team did not get an antiviral treatment in 2020. I kept shouting throughout the description of the task force meetings: Vitamin D kits to all! Manufacturing to scale! More trials and research! Recommending to get America healthy... exercise, fasting! And research that we know after the fact to use the harmless cold coronaviruses as a way to get some resemblance of antibodies before the vaccine was available, and clinical trials for that.

Excellent recap of inept USA bureaucracies

Dr. Atlas gives n honest and raw summary of how the Trump administration ignored many red flags and incoherent recommendations from Birx and Fauci. Atlas is truly a public health expert and should have been called to head the White House task force from day 1.
