Another fun romp with Alex

This was a fun story, and I continue to really like this series. Alex is just a really enjoyable character, and the authors have excelled at putting her in interesting but believable situations that force her to be inventive and are fun to watch unfold. The narration was also fantastic, various accents and all. Looking forward to the next installment in Alex's adventures.

Got to love a Mermaid PI

I was so happy to get the second book in this series. Loved it just as much as the first. I won't give spoilers I don't like them. I'm waiting with baited breath for the third one.
The narrator brings the story to life.
I will definitely listen to it again.

10 Star Narrator!

This is turning out to be one of my most favorite series ever, and I read A LOT! I can't put my finger on exactly why I love this series so much, but with each of the two books I've listened to, I just find myself sad that it ended. I love all of the characters. They're just so likeable. I want to be more like Alexis. She's just awesome. And the narrator! She's amazing!! There are lots of narrators that I like and even more that I don't like, but Kelley Huston just blows me away. I've never heard such spot on narrating. I genuinely feel like the character herself is telling me a story and it's not just being narrated to me. She really is that good. If you haven't listened to this series yet, then grab book one and get started. You won't be sorry!!!

Wow Alexis Silver Rules!!!!!!

All things considered, Alex has her hands full in Deep Silver, book two of the wildly creative, haunting, and at times frighteningly horrifying, Alexis Silver Series! Why frighteningly horrifying? Well, you see, Alex is a Mermaid, and not the cute, innocent wide eyed mermaid of children’s cartoons, but a siren of the sea, lure sailors to their deaths, bad a$$, kick a$$ real deal mermaid! No spoilers! Grab your headphones, snacks, drinks, and all will be revealed as you listen to this fabulously written, brilliantly narrated story! I have to say, I loved everything about Deep Silver! The characters are off the charts original, and so well developed! The plots, yes PLOTS are interesting, fast moving, and complete! And, oh my stars, the narration. Astoundingly perfect! Every voice, every inflection, every emotion, every sound effect, every spoken word, clear, consistent and perfect! Oh, and that last chapter? Ya got me on the hook, just reel me in! Again, no spoilers, but make no mistake, we are NOT talking cliffhanger here, just mind blowing excitement for the next book! As for Deep Silver, five fabulous stars across the board!!!
