This is book 2 in the Club XXX series and continuing with Frankie and Maxim's very dark and twisted story. All I can say is wow! This was a great follow up to book 1 Submit. I am looking forward to the next book of their story and hopefully it will come to Audible soon. Zara Eden did a great job with the narration. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Great Narration

This trilogy is in my top of all time. The deeper Frankie falls, the more terrifying Maxim becomes...I love it. Zara Eden does a fabulous job narrating Lana Sky's masterpiece.

Exciting, entertaining and incredibly enjoyable

Intense, dark and twisted, this book pulls you right back in and keeps you dancing on the edge as Maxim and Frankie's story continues. A combustible and powerfully potent combination of danger, suspense, drama, passion, pain and raw emotion fuels this gripping romance. I found myself captivated and consumed by this gritty read that is filled with brutality, no easy answers and the harsh intensity that comes form knowing every choice has the potential of creating dire consequences. Single narration is offered on this book. I found the narrator's voice pleasing and I thought the performance was well done. This book and this series is exciting, entertaining and incredibly enjoyable!

For honest Review. As frankie and maxim define their relationship and family also may be a issue things still are heating up . this is the second book and must be read in order . hot dark and a awesome read.

what an ending. this was better than book 1. it was darker, bloodier, had a lot more suspense, sex, and Maxim definitely tugged my heart a lot more in this book. the way he handled Francesca's family definitely made my heart go pitter-patter I cannot wait to listen to the next book right now. the narrator has done an incredible job.

this book was amazing!!! keeps you wanting more. keeps u reading. this author knows how to keep one wanting more thats for sure. the narrator is also so good! keep them coming Lana!!!

Divinely Dark

The darkness just digs in deeper as the series goes on and man is it addictive. Seriously the story, the emotion is drags from you kicking and screaming and just the angst is seriously ripping at my sanity. The darkness morphs in the this book and isn’t focused just on the main characters of the book but you can’t help but see saw in wanting it to work and not work. The dark sadist and masochist themes are still very very strong and again if you have triggers this series might be one you pass up but if your soul is black and you herd all the the messed up stuff authors can come up with this series (yes read book one first) is for you! Can’t wait to dive in to book three for the conclusion of Maximus and Frankie’s story. The narrator was spot on in this book and draws you in with a death grip and doesn’t let go!

The characters are starting to come to understand their feelings now. The story is developing to help understand more of the background. I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Dark and twisted

Once again, I have been taken completely out of my comfort zone and loved it! This is book two of the Club XXX series and Lana Sky continues her story of Maxim and Frankie. No matter how poorly or how good she is treated, Frankie has let Maxim worm his way into her heart. Taking care of her siblings is a big plus, and she is grateful, but she still does not know if she can trust this man. He is dangerous, both in and out of the house, and doubts always creep into her mind of her worthiness. Maxim does give her a feeling of contentment and at the same time he is distant. Both of these people are broken, but together the seem to work. Then why can she not fully give herself to him? Sky has captured my interest again, and pulled me into their world. I cringe at times and others have a full heart. I can't decide how I feel except when the story is over, I know I want more. It does leave us open to hearing Surrender, and I can't wait to see where this couple takes me next.

Zara Eden continues her fantastic narration. Continuity is so important and she brings it from book to book with the same voices for these characters. I enjoy her accents, her flow and her voices. It's a great listen.

Book 2 - Club XXX

Yikes this is dark, but oh so good, like the darkest, bittersweet chocolate that takes forever to melt in your mouth. Maxim has managed to work his way under Frankie's skin and into her soul like a drug she just can't quit. I love Frankie's quote, "Survival is not something you can ever regret" and she will do whatever she needs to survive. I love that we get more answers about Maxim's family and past which is darker than even Frankie can fathom. I don't know that I would call this a romance but more a story of obsession and addiction but it's beautifully told and makes me as a reader addicted to these characters and how their lives will continue to inter weave. Narration is incredible - Zara reads so soft and smooth as Frankie and her accent and tone / pitch change for Maxim is so good I often think this is a dual narration. Well done all the way around...can't wait to listen to book 3 - Surrender.
