I absolutely loved this audiobook and let me say this book is my favorite of the series. JD Hart was absolutely phenomenal with the narrator . Lionel and Phoebe are married so he can protect her,but what happens when they both fall in love and she ends up kidnapped? can he save her in time? I absolutely cried and was so happy that Lionel got his happy ending.

She has done it again

I love this book! This is the o lot one I have read on the series and I can’t wait to read or should I say listen to the rest. Jd hart is so great as a narrator, he brings these books to life!!! Highly recommends his book!!!

Narration Took Some Getting Used To......

I had previously read the ebook and written a review which I will include below. This review is about the audio version.

It really did take me some time to get used to listening to this book. Everyone sounded like they just stepped out of one of those really old Dracula movies. You know, like the black and white ones. It waa kind of strange, but the narrator would then use his regular voice to read the parts that weren't spoken by a character. I think it really did help so that the vampire voice wasn't too overwhelming.

Bottom line, this is a really entertaining book whether by ebook or audio. I easily was caught up in the story.

Vampire books are not the first books I choose if I have an option. This book was pretty good. It is the 4th book in the series. I guess it can be read as a standalone, but I get the sense it would be better if the other books were read in order.

It sounded vaguely familiar to me and I realized that I had read the novella, "Christmas Bites". That is why I recognized some of the background details.

There are plenty of twist, turns, and unexpected events that happen in this book. The characters are interesting, but I found the plot to be confusing at times. This had nothing to do with the writing. The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced it is better to read the books in order.

It also has a number of sexy, steamy scenes. Midnight Bite was engaging, well written and I did enjoy it. I believe I will take my own advice, start with book one, and then re-read this book.

Good addition to this steamy vampire series

This author always seems to come up with more details about the vampire world that she has created for this series. And as these new details come to life, they all fit together.. That is the part that I really like.
It is a series that makes you want to keep listening. Can't wait for more books.

a fantastic paranormal romance .

I enjoyed listening to the story . it's well written and entertaining . it's suspenseful and intriguing . I thought the narrators voice for the womens parts made me giggle . over all I highly recommend listening .

Wow! Wow! Wow!

Midnight Bite, book 4 of The Golden Vampires of Tuscany written by S. Hamil aka Sharon Hamilton and narrated by JD Hart. We finally get to the bottom of all of the mysteries and are able to identify our bad guy. I sure hope that Lionel and Phoebe are able to be together after all of the hell that they have been through! Let’s enjoy spending some more time with JD Hart and looking for our HEA!
