Great Vampire Duet Deal

Definitely worth a credit. Great deal for 30+hours! It’s got just about everything you could want in a good vampire romance to pass some time. Well written detailed world with some interesting original angles/tropes. Plot moves along at a good pace with Plenty of conflict and action. The one huge flaw in my opinion is the lack of dual perspectives. This is one of those female POV only romances. It’s unfortunate but not a deal breaker. Narration is ok- she does a very decent job at the male voices.
Original take on vampire lore, society, attributes, etc.. While still staying true to the traditional vampire- they bite and nobody sparkles. Pretty good steam ( fmc is a bit annoying on the beginning but it tracks for the character). Sex scenes are graphic but not overly dark or kinky. Definitely not a smut/sex focused plot( but there are a decent amount of hot detailed scenes ). It’s more about the sexual tension and growing relationship.
The characters are unique individuals with all kinds of issues and flaws. MMC is tortured morally grey fallen angel type. Fmc is just issues on problems to the max( I wanted to shake her more than once)she does get better though! There is quite a lot of character growth and in the end you get a more than satisfactory HEA. There’s even a little twist surprise that I loved.

Not what I thought but…

This series was absolutely not what I thought it was but it actually turned out to be quite enthralling. The sense of humor throughout was hilarious and refreshing. The characters were well defined and deeply interesting. The drama, romance, mystery and twists really drew me in and I couldn’t stop listening. The narrator did a great job and was quite expressive. Although I wouldn’t quite categorize this as being in league with the many dark romance novels I have consumed in the genre it was still an entertaining and surprisingly addictive story that I am glad I accidentally stumbled upon. It is well worth the credit and I’m sure to listen to it eagerly again.

Lana Sky does paranormal like no other! I love Dublin! The banter between Dublin and Ellie was great. An awesome series!

This chronicles is soooo good and so worth the listen!!! Not only does the stories keep you wanting more but the characters are so well put together and developed throughout. I fell in love immediately!!! The Author is one of my all time faves now and I can't enough of her and her books!!! So glad I found her!!

The narrator was very difficult to listen

The narrator was very difficult to listen to she was overdramatic, the male voice was strange. The story is fantastic but the narrator made it so I couldn’t finish.
