Interesting Collection

Anthologies are always fun. With so many stories, we get to see a variety of writing styles from the same author. I liked some of the stories in this book more than others, but none of them were bad. A few were on the odd end of the spectrum, but all in all, I thought they were each interesting in their own way.

The narrator was almost theatric in his performance, changing up voice between characters and stories. Definitely made for an interesting listen.

Creepy stories!

There are several really enjoyable creepy stories in this one! Very nice variety included. I enjoyed the length of the stories. Enough to give you a bit of a thrill, and leaving you mostly to your own conclusions.

I enjoyed the narration on this one a great deal. The voice was perfectly suited for stories of macabre.

I'm interested in hearing more from the next book sampled at the ending. Over all very enjoyable!

Great scary stories for a road trip!

I listed to this audiobook during a road trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. At one point, I skipped a rest stop just so I can hear the end of an engaging story!

Also the narrator does a great job! He really draws you in.

Good Stories, Great Narration

This was a good collection. They weren't the scariest stories, but I don't think horror has to be scary to be horror. Sometimes it can just be about atmosphere. I thought The Ghost of a Melody was particularly pretty. The varied narration was definitely a strong point in the listen.

Have to slow down a little - to have a better experience. Otherwise a great story line..
