Good discussion of the phases of an economic cycle. Listening may help you to determine which real estate investment strategy you want to employ.

Excellent Book!

This book will help you determine what stage of the market/economy you are in and how to identify what is coming next. It's extremely helpful if you are looking for the knowledge on how to monitor the factors that will shift the market so you can plan your next business strategy to stay prosperous. I love this book and am implementing set triggers to help stay ahead of the game!

Very easy Stan real estate economy

Reading this book mid December, very interesting how he explains the peak cycle that we were in going up towards the recession cycle

This book helps you 1) understand the different stages of the market 2) know which strategy to use based on the stage of the market that you are in.

This book provided an awesome breakdown of the real estate market and economic cycle. It gives a full view of the market form several different perspectives (buyer, seller, investors and financing).

Amazing Book

As a real estate investor I often look for books and podcasts to increase my knowledge. this was very well written and provides a wealth of information. I first heard of J. Scott on Bigger Pockets and I am always impressed with how much he reach he does and the wealth of knowledge he has. Truly an amazing read.

GREAT BOOK. Post Covid Update by Authors?

Great book but interested to hear authors insight post COVID. I do believe most of the books information can be applied to current environment, but I'd love to hear their input, though it may be too early to provide most impactful analytical data at this point.
