Very helpful book on daily life. Helps you to clear your mind and be more happy each day. Alot of great points to make your life easier and understand what you can do to be happy each day. Overall excellent book.

What I like best about this audio book is the amount of Love that comes through with the information.

Fabulous self-help, introspective, inner and outer awareness spiritual journey that will personally require many listens for me to detox from too many years of the negative conditioning my soul has developed.

The narrator has a beautiful, soothing voice that resonates the love.
