Wonderful!

I loved the written story and could not wait to hear it as well. Ken Salin does a great job narrating this. His voice brings each character to life!

I struggled to finish it. If you like sweet romance it a must, but the characters are not deeply developed.

I did not find this story believable at all due to the abuse Charlotte watched her mother go through and how the author tried to put BSM into the story. I just do not see a woman who is a virgin who has went through what she has looking so sweetly at an over powering male and say yes please spank me. Yes I think I would enjoy that. Oh yes punish me. I honestly had a hard time getting through this audio with her being so wishy washy hating him one minute and running in his arms the next. With all that was going on their plans to marry was too fast for this story line.

Mr. Solin narration was pretty good, there were times he is lacking emotions and other times he hits it right on the money. At times I thought his voice was a little flat and other times I thought it fit the story line. I think if he would have chuckled etc as the characters did it would have been better. I could hear him swallow at times maybe a pause should have been taken, I am unsure how narrator deal with this issue. I thought his character voices were really good, you knew who was talking. I hear no background noise or any volume changes. There were no repeats of working. It was a very clear audio. If any breaks were taken I could not tell. For the most part I thought this was a good narration and with some work Mr. Solin will do wonderful in this field.

I am sorry but there isn’t much else to say. The author had me until she brought the spankings into the story and she totally lost me. It just didn’t fit this story line.

I was so excited to see this book released on Audio and now that I finished it I think the book was great but add the narration and it was awesome!! I love it when a book is so good, that you put the rest of the world on hold, so you can finish your book! The narrator, Ken Solin, was an excellent choice for this story. Charlotte Rose was such a pip and Max had the patience of a saint. Well written characters that you fall in love with.

I Don't Like Books With Spanking

I gave this book three stars because of the spanking factor. Overall it was well developed. The narrator helped move the story along and her voices matched the characters for the most part. Max's voice was the only one I had trouble with. He should have had more of a deep timbre. Overall having to fetch the schoolmarm proved to be extremely beneficial. The child abuse that Max saved Tim from was well written. I liked the story. It is less than four hours but a complete story with no cliffhangers.
