it was perfect, to be honest . little skimpy on some topics such as how a newbie might finance, but that's what the other book is for, so I get it.

This book had great information, and real numbers, and life scenarios of Brandon's experience in the real estate world.

It's a great guide for buying a good property, and what to look out for. And how to avoid buying a bad deal.

I enjoyed the book, and I am now reading his no money down book.

Also they have the biggerpockets website which is also full of great information, and guides to start your own real estate business.

FINALLY

Finally a book that tells you EXACTLY what you need to hear from A to Z!! I wish I could personally thank Brandon for his wisdom and insight. Most books do not outline a plan of action in real detail as he does in this book.

My favorite actual Real Estate investment book so far. Fantastic in-depth introduction into how to be successful at buy and hold investing. Does a great job of not being a worthless get rich quick book. This book is about the *business* of being a buy and hold investor and, like the e-myth, focuses on growing your business to be something you work on not in. I have listened to this twice on audible and got a lot out of it both times.
