This book is very insightful and easy to listen to. The narration was masterfully done.

Quick bites of encouragement

This book was pretty good. A very quick listen with bits of wisdom from Oprah. It wasn't a waste of time, but was not incredibly inspirational either. Overall, not a bad way to spend an hour.

Wisdom

This book was snippets of wisdom gathered from Oprah. Good advice in short digestible portions. However it was not delivered in the low voice of Oprah with her gravitas. Instead it was performed by a person with a tiny light voice. NOT THE SAME. The speaker's voice was a distraction and quite annoying.

Listening to this has truly helped me to understand the importance in life and the people you involve in it, knowing that life happens and you just keep going is truly the key to LIVING
