life changing

I was with someone for 12 years and found myself suddenly single. I had confidence in every other aspect of my life, but not when it came to attractive women.

Great Tools.

Really enjoyed the easy going and enlightening book. It was as comfortable to listen to as if I was sitting and having a great conversation with the author. I actually listened to it and then went back and took notes on some very important points. I will go back to book marks to enhance my skills as I practice and become proficient and comfortable with the skills that will become part of who I am. Thank you foe sharing this great information. The narrator made it so easy to listen to for long periods of time.

great info! I've been watching her YouTube for some time and didnt know she had a book. she's good.

Great overview, tons of examples, a bit shallow.

This book won't be enough to get you through the process fearlessly successful of flirting and dating. If you have "issues" (and we all do), you're going to need to work through those. The root of approach anxiety and awkwardness is going to require some deep, intense inner work, probably in combination with a therapist. Beyond that, this book is packed with great tips and I plan on multiple listens.
