I only liked stories of known characters. But that may change as I go through more D&D books.

Some stories we're great some others ones were a little disappointing.
Listened to it for the last story in the collection that follows Drizzt which made it worth it.
The other reviewer, Mary Fleming, must be listing to another story or she has no idea what she is talking about.

Elminster at the Mage Fair was one of the early tales of Elminster and its easy to see why he gained a following. This book has some gems from Salvatore and Christie Golden as well. One of the strongest "Realms of" books and the first.

All short stories but a couple lesser ones are great. Especially Elminster and Drizzt and a couple more.

Great collection

It’s weird getting into D&D nowadays and to look back at their older products and realize how openly racist some of their stuff was.

Definitely a product of its age.
