Disappointed about this much too shortened version of this fantastic book. I haven’t read it in decades, yet, it was immediately noticeable that the story was significantly cut and what’s left is really not representative of the author. The performance is over the top

Get the unabridged version
Note even as good as the cliff notes. Despite valiant narrative efforts, it is just too short. This version captures none of the grandeur, sweetness, scale, or depth of the book. Get the unabridged version.
