Great content
It had great content, it was a little standard and not too in depth. The narrators voice was very robotic and made it hard to listen for more than 20 minutes. But I know my dosha now, so it did it’s job!

Good introduction
I needed to get familiar with terms and the book accomplished that. I felt the same material was repeated over and again, but that did help it stick in my memory. The narrator didn't have the easiest voice to listen to.

I really enjoyed this book
It’s a delightful guide jam-packed with enough information to get one started in the amazing study of Ayurveda. My eyes have been opened up to the world of Ayurveda thanks to this easy and thorough listen. It has deepened my yoga practice and has helped me connect with my body on another level and I highly recommend reading it. I am so happy with myself that I finally gave into my impulse to purchase Samuel Lawson's book.

there is plenty of practical self help
Great intro and refernce to Ayurveda. Excellent book to lead a newcomer into some of the complexities of Ayurveda. With clear and good explanations this book will help you to understand what is going on in your body and figure out some things to do to feel better and be healthier.

I truly believed this is a great book
The introduction explained the how the author discovered Ayurveda when researching cleanses and ended up an expert! The book describes the healing systems and methods that are intrinsic to Ayurveda. I look forward to integrating these principles into my daily life.
