Nice.
Intermittent fasting for women is a great book for both men and women, it explains the differences very well, and guide men as well. And mor eimpartantly it not that hard to prepare for intermittent fasting, you just don’t eat and that is it!

Good book about intermittent fasting.
Great book for women who want to lose weight and be healthier. I enjoyed listening to this books. Therewere soe weird pauses in it but that didn’t make it hard to understand. Definitely recommend!

Simple to understand!
Great information presented in language which is clear for a normal person as well. . When I understood why and how this fasting works, it made me much more motivated to try it. And for me it is perfect, it works amazing.
