Perfect book.

This Intermittent fasting book has everything in my opinion. Information, recipes, meal plan, nice narration, it is easy to understand, the overall quality is very good.

The only one.

Definitely the best and only diet for me. This is the only diet that I can truly lose weight quickly without being miserable. I lose 2-3 pounds a week doing this. For women that are very good in my opinion.

Totally recommend this book to everyone. It delivers results if you are willing to put in the hard work, so as I was. Love intermittent fasting. Thank you very much indeed!

Innecesaria compilación

Muy largo, cada libro repite conceptos explorados en los anteriores. La traducción es pésima y la persona que lee, lo hace muy mal. Es un tema muy interesante, pero lamento haber pagado por este compendio.
