Publisher's Summary

A timely and vital guide to emotional freedom from the best-selling author of The Cancer Whisperer and Lifeshocks.

The most serious health crisis in a century has delivered a tsunami of unexpected, stressful events - lifeshocks - to most of the world. It has also shone a light on long-standing mental challenges we have not done enough to remedy:

  • The preexisting epidemic of loneliness, which research shows has been killing more people that diabetes, cancer and heart disease
  • An inability to handle fear in the face of uncertainty and adversity
  • A steady rise in numerous mental health issues in every age group

This potent audiobook provides profound insights into these issues and practical ways to engage with them. Sophie teaches these by talking to real people about their lifeshocks and guiding them through the processes as well as by sharing her insights and experiences. It is a mini-workshop in a book, authored by someone who has been living with terminal cancer since 2014 and who has equipped thousands of people to find emotional freedom.

Sophie is a creativity-in-crisis alchemist and master practitioner of the revolutionary and transformational LifeWork™ which she has been teaching for more than 25 years.

A Gateway to true happiness

As a survivor of a terminal cancer myself, Sophie’s work has always been dear to me. This book however has to be her best yet. By taking the context of the Coronavirus Sophie brilliantly weaves her magic into the lives of ordinary people effected by lockdown. Seeing her transform them all within 20minutes a piece is touching beyond words. Sophie is our Mover and Shaker in the healing world of Cancer and we feel privileged to share her with a wider audience.

Enlightening and deeply meaningful

What transformations to witness, I so loved listening to Sophie and her elegance leading people through the mire to the other side. Heart warming and utterly brilliant.

Wake up!

Life is talking to us. This is a thought provoking book about the global event of Covid-19 and our individual and potentially global response. What is life awakening within us- what are our blind spots, which masks are we hiding behind. Being an audiobook is actually great as I think it is something that can be listened to more than once.
Someone said to me today “I like you mask” - I smiled behind my mask and wondered which one might they be referring to...
