Meh

I listened to the first hour and am about to exchange it. This book is best suited for readers who are on the brink of a journey into questioning existence and reality. For readers at the opposite ends of the spectrum, those skeptical or "more advanced," this text is incoherent and childlike.

Furthermore, another reviewer said this book was self-aggrandizing...I completely agree. This is not to say I cannot relate to his early experiences, as I have, but I really did not sign up to listen to his autobiography. It is fine to reference personal experience to support your work's main thrust, but sharing mediocre teenage poetry and creative writing (which he made sure to note was a screenplay-worthy work) was really unnecessary.

Overall, I appreciate his enthusiasm for reading his own text, but many other authors and works deal with these subjects in a much more cohesive and less self-inflating manner. Ego, grandiosity, and pride are aspects of the self that most definitely impede spiritual ascension and/or transformation. Unfortunately, he and his editor failed to see the dichotomy between his good intentions and how the content was actualized into written and audio forms.

Another outstanding work from David Wilcock!

Finished and went right back to begin again! There is just so much amazing information to take in. All of David's books are outstanding, but this may be my favorite yet!

A must read. I didn't want it to end.

I first purchased David's book "Source Field Investigations" back in 2011. I used to listen to Art Bell when I worked mid shift back around 1995 to 1998, and became interested in David's work at some point after that. I recently became reacquainted with David's work, as I'm seeking spiritual growth. Unfortunately, due to extreme censorship, I haven't been able to view any of David's recent videos on his website. I'd like to know how I can view these? What I've learned from this book is to be kind, practice service to others, meditate, pay attention to your dreams and the messages they are sending you. Do not buy into the fearful propaganda we are fed on a daily basis. We are on the verge of something spectacular, so the more we raise our consciousness, the faster we can get there! Keep the faith!!☺️

Unhelpful, tedious and self absorbed

This book has little to no useful information. It is primarily a tedious, self absorbed, self aggrandising, overly dramatic autobiography. The author’s misogyny and racism is very apparent in the problematic language — not for the first time in his work.
Someone fire the editor for this cringeworthy writing.
The repeated ignorant take on an Irish accent was the nail in the coffin for me.

Know what it's about before you dive in

This is my first David Wilcock book, and I think I had expectations I wasn't aware of when I started. It's filled with information I love, and he does reference other books, researchers and the like to deepen into the information presented. It feels like an overview of all the research he's done, be it UFO related, Deep State/Cabal/Illuminati etc., disclosure, lucid dreaming, Law of One, ascension, sacred geometry, synchronicity, automatic writing/readings, the great cycles and potential solar flash event, galactic family connections and more. He dives into some very specific details, like the ascension timeline within the Great Pyramid. Wilcock's most human aspect shows in a bit of a self-grandiose way, but we all have our humanity after all. I think he doesn't mean to be that way, but because half the book or so is an autobiography, mostly from his 20's, it tends to read as more as "all about him" than "us" in his experiences. Just before the Conclusion section, I wondered - "Where is he going with this, how is this all put together?", as I tend to see connections in things. Most of the conclusion is about all of his readings and some dreams, and how they came true, and his realization of being the reincarnation of Edgar Cayce. I had heard this somewhere before, though not during my own graduate work at Atlantic University (the A.R.E school). He gives a beautiful ending to the book, inspiring, regarding the shift occurring and our role in it to be kind, loving, compassionate and forgiving etc. I think this was what I was hoping from the book in the end, and he ended this way. My bad for not reading the description better? Had I known going in that this was really about his journey into realizing he is the reincarnation of Edgar Cayce, which I appreciate his courage for discussing, I think I would have enjoyed the book even more.

Wow David, one more good release of oneness

Law of One resonates deeply, some of the pyramid time line was a little too much for me, but overall quite impressive.

I really wanted to like it

I like David Wilcock on you tube and other platforms. However, this is the second book I've listened to by him and I am unimpressed. I get bits and pieces of knowledge from him and we did have a similar childhood that's what kept me rooting for him with a purchase of his latest book. I figured he wouldn't go so far as tell more sad stories from his life as he did that throughout his last book. I truly thought this book would have substance but it didn't. it's mostly just David telling stories from his life. He lacks self confidence and reminds his readers of that often. I also don't like when authors narrate their own books.

A book you should read twice!

I rated this book the first time after reading it in which I was critical of the author bringing up again the trauma from their childhood which they’re done in previous books. The author could have spent more time giving a more in-depth explanation into the dream voice technique. Since that review I’ve read the book again because I began to have my own experiences which led me to review the book once more!

In this book the author speaks of our need to awaken in the dream. Our reality is a dream and we need to wake up to end the wheel of karma/reincarnation. Soon the current 25,000 year cycle will end and those who wake up will ascend to the next vibratory level.

Right now we’re largely asleep as a population. The question is how do we accomplish this feat as people will call it. The first step is as the author stated in the book by acknowledging what has happened to you in this lifetime! I went through decades of trauma (abuse) in my life! When Is was a child the level of physical abuse was extremely high! I found myself at several points in my life on the receiving end of a beating from a parent or sibling. I would just lie there realizing how stupid this really was and wonder why it was happening in the first place. However, unless you gave them some sign they were having an effect the abuse just kept being dished out until they got something! I never understood this abuse and I’ve never done this to a child in this lifetime!

I read a book on shame by Berne Brown called ‘I thought it was just me (but it wasn’t) which ties in with this book nicely! Yes, most of her work is geared toward women and yes the author has been asked to write about men as well. The book regardless is very helpful for men as well. It was by facing the shame brought on by the trauma I received as a child which I was made to believe was my fault. I was able to begin to resolve the trauma and move forward in my life! I began to see myself in others and those around me. As I began to do this I began to see the lessons. Once I could find bliss with them they stopped coming to see me. I worked in a support room for IT. As this continued to happen people who irritated me no longer bother me. I have started to find the bliss in the moment. In forgiveness lies the end of the wheel of karma! Again the author talks about this in the book.

Once I released trauma, shame and guilt I stopped thinking for a day. This has turned into more days. What do I mean by not thinking? For decades I’ve always had a running story in my head and suddenly it stopped! The author speaks of this and asks if you remember the drive you took to the store recently. Almost everyone I know can’t because their mind is elsewhere. I now understand what was being said here by the author.

Once I stopped the stories and was present the messages came in! I knew what to do and when to do it! Maintaining this is what the author was talking about when they said to awaken in the dream because for a time I was awake and could tap into that which we call our sixth sense clearly! I also stopped seeing myself as a victim! I’m not saying it’s perfect, but little by little I’m getting it!

Since I started this work I’ve gone back to Shamanism along with other practices I had stopped doing. Most of this is because the shame stigma is gone and I’m finally relaxing. I no longer need to be constantly busy. Again the author goes into great detail why we need to relax which is very hard for me, but I get the need to do it now!

Reading this book a second time helped me get what the author was saying which is simply it’s time to awaken in the dream! Moving from shame, guilt, and more has really helped me. It was time for it to be released from my life!

As I was going through all of this I applied what was said in the beginning of the book regarding the meaning of dream symbology! Really with each break through I’ve made there’s been a dream foretelling it! I’ve even begun to remember events with extreme clarity from my past which I can verify with others and work to release what happened there.

I would like the author to do a book on what they call the dream voice technique. I’ve been meditating for years and only recently I’ve seen it’s impact in my life. When I wake up I do my best to stay in the no mind or sometimes called the meditative mind which is hit or miss. The voice is not there, but my energy is really moving around me!

I’m waiting to see what the author does for their next book. I hope it continues this book as it’s helpful to take a look at ourselves from the dream prospective and the inside out!

David I know many people have asked Elizabeth to write a book. Perhaps the two of you can do a book on all the shame you two have been through along with how you worked through it. It would be an interesting book to read indeed!
