High Action Mystery
If you enjoy Philip Marlowe, Sam Spade, and Nathan Heller, then you will like Nick Bancroft. Keep the pages turning as he bobs, weaves, and spins through vicious dogs, murderous villains, and erotic damsels in distress. All the while, he never takes his eye off the prize -- the mystery of "the club" which controls the town.
The narration is excellent.

twisted tale
What a twisted tale!! I didn't know who the killer was. I was shocked to find out who done it. Those women!!! lol. Twisted dark deeds for greed and power. Great mystery. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job with voices and expressions. I enjoyed it

I enjoyed listening to James R Cheatham, he made listening to this great book, even more enjoyable.
What a page turner, we have villains ,murder, women in distress. What a story, I was kept on my toes not being able to guess who the killer was,,,, what surprise!! . Power, greed and a brilliant mystery. Loved listening
