I've done quite a few guided meditations and I have to say this was the BEST guided high vibration attunement meditation I have encountered. Sonia and Mark's powerful vibrations of music and spirit was electric! I wish Sonia Choquette had more English guided recordings for sale as she does in French.

Difficult mix of music and guided meditation.

The music was very relaxing. I also appreciated what the author was trying to do, but they kept taking turns during each session and it made it harder for a novice like myself to stay focused.

Amazing auditory journey

I first listen to this book on an airplane... In fact only the first track, and it brought me into a full kundalini awakening for the first time. I had been on a spiritual path for over a year, working with Shamanic practices, chakra clearing, meditation and dance, so I had explored my kundalini energy, but this was the first time that it blossomed fully. This in a powerful audio. Don't take it lately, and be sure you are ready for it, but it was a beautiful experience, and each time I listen it brings me back to this place so fully. Life changing.
